1. Mandatory Guest ID Submission
Under Japanese law (Hotel/Ryokan Act), all guests must submit their full name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport photo (non-Japanese residents only). Reservations may be cancelled if not provided.
2. Maximum Occupancy & Visitors
Strictly no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed in the apartment. Unregistered guests captured on security camera will result in a penalty of 30,000 JPY per person per night.
3. 100% Non-Smoking Property
Strictly no smoking (including e-cigarettes) anywhere inside, on the balcony, or around the building. Violations will result in immediate eviction and a 30,000 JPY deep-cleaning fee.
4. No Vehicle Access / Parking
Vehicles cannot enter or stop temporarily in the narrow streets around the building. Please utilize public coin-parking lots nearby.
